Description Dow has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Service Specialist role in the Employee Experience Services (EXS) organization on the Modern Collaboration Team for Store, Sync and Share! This position can be located in Auburn (MI, USA), Houston (TX, USA), Mumbai (India), Shanghai (China), or Terneuzen (Netherlands) The chosen candidate will align to a service team charged with the end-to-end service lifecycle management of a portfolio of interrelated, client-facing service offerings intended to enhance the productivity & collaboration of our global workforce. Partnering with highly motivated professionals, the Service Specialist role delivers the service strategy, executes technical deliverables, and is responsible for the on-going service & support of the aligned service offering for the targeted user base. Working under the direction of the EXS Collaboration Service Manager, this role is responsible for maintaining high level of client satisfaction for their services. For design, the Service Specialist is responsible for the design of integrated, workable solutions that meet stakeholder requirements and address capability gaps. For transition, the Service Specialist is responsible for the delivery and implementation of new services and service changes. For operations, the Service Specialist is responsible for a high-level of client satisfaction, run-the-business, SLAs, service operations, and operational service improvements. Designs, develops, and supports solutions and processes to meet business needs and requirements. Applies expanded conceptual knowledge in Information Systems as well as knowledge of the company, key business drivers, and processes in order to develop solutions. Responsibilities / Duties:
Gathers and analyzes business requirements for assigned functional and technical areas using expanded conceptual and practical knowledge. Works closely with business process teams, technical teams and other stakeholders to design and build objects which meet requirements. Communicates effectively both within the team and with external stakeholders (e.g. businesses and technical counterparts). Communicates status, metrics, risks, and issues on a timely basis. Applies knowledge and experience in software development methodologies in order to support work processes. Documents detailed design. Builds, tests and implements application objects. Drives issue resolution. Interacts with vendors to troubleshoot problems and understand technical architecture. Comfortable interfacing with clients at all levels of the organization to effectively listen with a positive attitude and outlook. Ability to diffuse conflicts while projecting professionalism. Ability to empathize with clients and apply Human Centered Design/Design Thinking principles. Helps ensure that functional and technical designs meet business requirements, conform to Dow architecture standards, and optimize productivity and long-term product/system vision. Required
Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other relevant discipline or relevant military experience at a U.S. E6 rank or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or higher. A minimum of 5 years of relevant/related experience. For U.S. Applicants:

Qualifications:
At least 5-7 years of relevant or related experience is preferred. Experience interfacing with all levels of the organization (including IT leaders). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, facilitative and communication skills. Note:

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
